Craig Eaves

General Manager · Club Raby Bay

We are not just rebranding a venue, we are building a community destination that the Bayside can be proud of for generations.

Craig Eaves is a proud member of the Carina Group family. With almost 12 years at Carina Leagues Club, Craig has worked his way through the ranks and developed a deep understanding of what makes a great community venue, the people, the culture and the genuine care for every person who walks through the door.

That experience now shapes his leadership at Club Raby Bay, where he takes the helm as General Manager for the launch of this new bayside venue.

Executive Chef

Meet Glenn Cabreros

Great food should feel effortless for the guest, that is the standard we bring to every dish at Club Raby Bay.

Glenn Cabreros is another proud member of the Carina Leagues Club kitchen. With almost 12 years in the Carina Group family, Glenn has worked his way up through the ranks from the ground up, honing his craft and learning what it takes to deliver exceptional food at scale without ever losing sight of quality, flavour or the people you are cooking for.

His 12-year journey through the Carina Leagues Club culinary team gave Glenn an intimate understanding of what Queensland diners love, generous, fresh, flavour-packed food that feels like it was made with care. That philosophy travels with him to Club Raby Bay, where he takes the helm of the kitchen for the very first time as Executive Chef.

From the daily lunch specials to special event catering and private functions, Glenn leads a kitchen that is committed to making every meal at Club Raby Bay a reason to come back.

Our Story

The Carina Group

Carina Group is a growing family of community-focused hospitality venues, built on the belief that great clubs are more than just a place to eat and drink, they are the heartbeat of a community.

Our story began with Carina Leagues Club, one of Brisbane’s most loved community clubs. Over the years we have grown, invested and evolved, always with our members and the local community at the centre of every decision we make.

The acquisition and rebrand of Cleveland Bowls Club into Club Raby Bay represents the next exciting chapter in the Carina Group story, bringing our hospitality philosophy and community values to the Bayside for the very first time.
